We use this clinic when we are unable to get in to see our PCP for acute problems. It is so easy to schedule an appt online to avoid any wait time as the waiting room does fill up fairly quick. Today we saw Dr.Glauck (spelling?). He was very efficient and professional. I'm thankful we have this clinic in our community that we can fall back on in order to avoid a visit to the ER! I have good things to say about the staff also. The nurse was wonderful! I give them max stars!

My husband had been sick for a week. His primary doctor advised him to go to the ER to get diagnosis and tx (that's why so many people are using the ER!) My husband didn't think he could make it sitting in the ER for hours on end as he was very weak. He has a serious heart condition, CHF and diminished kidney functioning. Instead, I was able to not only get an early appt the same day I called, but also was seen by an experienced MD, Dr. Nosanchuck, who examined him, took a chest x-ray, called an order in to the pharmacy and gave him a lab order to check his electrolytes. Dr. Nosanchuck called us a couple of hours later with the results of the lab and ordered another lab for 2 days later. Treatment and follow-up was beyond compare and totally unexpected. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

My son and I recently went to High Desert Clinic and I was very impressed with the professional staff and quick turn around. Not only were we seen quickly, the Doctor on duty, Rob Taylor D.O., made sure that I had notes for both work and school. They also sent the prescriptions straight to the pharmacy for me to pick up so that we did not have to stand around waiting to drop off and pick it up, which was very important since I could not stop coughing and I was very sick. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care .

We've have been there three times and have not had a bad experience yet. Received care, people were nice. We waited less then an hour all three times. We all had bronchitis and was treated and got antibiotics and went home feeling better.

I went to the Urgent Care Center because I was not able to get in to see my doctor and did not want to go the ER for 12 hours. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The facility was clean and the doctor was thorough. I was in and out of the facility within an hour and they did xrays, gave me a shot, scheduled a ultrasound at SV Diagnostics and wrote me two prescriptions. I would not have received this care at SVRHC especially in an hour. The doctor told me that he was going to call me when he received the results from the ultrasound. By the time I got home from SV Diagnostics and the pharmacy I had a message from the doctor. I have lived in SV for decades and never received this good of care from an emergency or urgent care facility. Thanks to the staff for a positive experience.

Great asset to community! I've only used the clinic once or twice, but have nothing negative to say. It is great to be able to use the Urgent Care Clinic when an appointment with my primary care doctor isn't available and the problem isn't emergent enough to justify a visit to the ER. Hopefully the clinic will be used appropriately so the ER will stop being used so inappropriately. The ER is just that, an EMERGENCY room, and it is used by so many as a clinic or used instead of a primary care doctor. Fevers, rashes, bunions, med refills, vomiting, splinters, pregnancy tests - just a few things that could go to a clinic instead. I think that some of the people that are complaining just want their behinds patted and powdered instead of real medical care. I would take my family (and grandkids) there anytime I thought is was needed. Good Job SV!!
